- Before washing or drying, please check and empty your pockets.
- After washing and drying, inspect the machines for remaining items. The laundry is not responsible for forgotten or lost items.
- After washing, please mop the rubber frame and the door of the washers by using the towels available in the laundry.
- Please leave the laundry and the machines clean behind you. Do not consume food in the laundry.
- It is prohibited to use the laundry to wash pet equipment, footwear, and extremely dirty clothes.
- You are allowed to dry only clean laundry, washed at home or at Operi Osuši.
- You are not allowed to use the driers for drying shoes.
- Do not load washing machines over the declared capacities of 9 and 18 kg because it will not wash well.
- If you leave the laundry while your clothes wash, please come back before expiry of time shown on the display.
- It is customer’s responsibility to adhere to the washing and drying instructions of fabric producers. Washing and drying is your sole responsibility.
